About Ausfitter
Built for the moment your
machine goes down.
Ausfitter is an on-site AI diagnostic and service network for heavy plant and equipment — excavators, skid steers, loaders, cranes, compactors and generators. When a machine stops earning, every hour costs money. We replace guesswork and call-backs with a narrowed-down diagnosis, a safety rating, and a direct line to a verified fitter anywhere in Australia.
How it works
Three steps, no waiting
Talk to Boss
Describe the fault in plain English. Boss narrows it down with one theory and one test at a time — no guesswork parts lists.
Get a fitter
Book a verified fitter direct from the directory, or post to the open board and collect competitive bids.
Back to work
The diagnostic transcript goes with the job, so the fitter arrives ready — and you are back earning sooner.
What we stand for
Safety first, always
Safety rated
Every fault is flagged before you touch it. Diagnostics are guidance only — always isolate before working on plant.
Speed matters
Downtime is measured in dollars. We obsess over getting you from a breakdown to a fitter on the way as fast as possible.
Built by tradies
Made by people who know what it is to wait on a machine. The whole product is shaped around the real job site, not a boardroom.
Coverage
National, nearest first
The Ausfitter directory spans every Australian state and territory — from the Pilbara and the Goldfields to the metro workshops of Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Search from your suburb or let the directory auto-locate you, and fitters are ranked nearest-first so the closest qualified help is always at the top of the list.

Who builds it
Meet the founders
Ausfitter is built and maintained in Australia by Chris Martino and Remy Bradley — two founders who set out to drag heavy-equipment service into the modern age. Chris is a fitter and mechanic who has lived the pressure of a breakdown and the cost of waiting; Remy is the developer who turned that experience into the platform. Together they have shaped every part of Ausfitter around the real job site and the skill of the fitters who actually do the work, growing the national directory and the network of mobile fitters and workshops joining across the country.
