Working theory: Starting system fault causing insufficient cranking speed. Test done: Operate the starter and observe whether the engine cranks at normal speed, cranks slowly, only clicks, or does nothing.

Charging fault on a dozer - alternator not charging and there's chafed loom behind the cab where it's been rubbing on the ROPS. Needs the loom repaired properly, not taped. Site is mine-spec so fitter needs current inductions and a light vehicle. Two day window either side of a scheduled shutdown.

Boom cylinder has blown the rod seal twice in three weeks. Oil weeping down the stick and losing about 4L a shift. Machine still working but we want it sorted before it lets go properly. Site access 6am-4pm, hardstand available for a service truck.
